Our Assam Laksa recipe is mixed with more than 10 secret ingredients and it takes more than 3 hours non-stop boiling and stirring.
118 Secret Recipe Assam Laksa is a famous brand at various night markets in Southern Johor.
Many diners from Northern Malaysia such as Penang and Ipoh have also recognized the taste of our Assam Laksa and even commented it is more authentic, despite the owner of 118 Secret Recipe Assam Laksa is born in Johor.
Asam Laksa
Asam Laksa (Malay: Asam Laksa) is a type of Laksa. It is the representative food of Penang, Malaysia. It is also one of the main dishes of the state during sightseeing activities or food festivals. The North Horse area is very popular. This dish was also selected by CNNgo, a travel website under CNN, as the 7th in the world’s top 50 cuisines in 2011.

亚参叻沙（马来文：Asam Laksa）为叻沙（Laksa）的其中一种，是马来西亚槟城的代表性美食，也是该州在观光活动或美食节中，最常主打的料理之一，在北马一带非常受欢迎。 该道料理在2011年也被美国有线电视新闻网络（CNN）旗下的旅游网站CNNgo选为全球50大美食中的第7名。
